Socks: Fashion For The Feet
Historically men’s accessories have been limited in scope and lacking in creativity. It was generally the guys in creative professions who went outside the box to jazz up your their outfits. British guys’ penchant for wearing pink shirts with their suits is not considered going outside the box. Incorporating artistic ties, socks, cuff links and watches are more in line with our point of view. Your socks selection should reflect your personal style or perhaps give a hint at the “bad boy” hidden behind that seemly conservative façade..
While we advocate a more creative approach to accessorizing, always be mindful that they should be worn in the appropriate context. If for example, you were Michael Cohen’s Criminal Defense Attorney, it would be advisable not to wear a pair of gold Deakin & Francis Skull and Bones cuff links or tie pin to court; you would sport them at the weekend.
